Abstract: This item consists of a fire insurance plan of the community of Pownal and an accompanying typewritten text document. The map shows Pownal divided into numbered sections. It shows buildings and their lots. The buildings are coloured either yellow or blue/grey and have numbers assigned to them. The map has a north arrow. The single-sided text document is a chart of the buildings, listed by number, showing their owners and/or uses.
